May 1 through October 31 @$1,000.00 per week,
November 1 through April 30 @$800.00 per week,
Holiday/festival rates for Memorial Day, National Cherry Festival, July 4th, & Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter @ $1200.00 per week.
A week is based on a Friday 3:00 p.m. check in and Friday 11:00 a.m. check out - 7 nights. Additional nights may be added provided we do not have another check in for the next week. Current rate quotes are based on a 1-4 person occupancy. Current rates do not include 6% use tax or $250.00 damage deposit. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
A 50% deposit will hold your reservation, and the balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in.
Terms of Rental:
To cancel 30 days or more in advance, the entire deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days before check-in, half of the deposit will be refunded only if we have been able to fill the week with a replacement reservation. If we are unable to fill that week deposits will not be refunded.
-Our cottage is a No Smoking, No Pet vacation home.
-Payments for deposits or balances may be made by check or money order.
-Reservation deposits paid with a personal check will not be considered officially reserved until that check has cleared.
-Currently we are not accepting any credit cards for payments, however that may be subject to change in the future.
